What is the Rawdah?
The Rawdah (Riyadhul Jannah — Garden of Paradise) refers to the area between the Prophet's ﷺ grave and his minbar (pulpit) inside Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Between my house and my pulpit is a garden from the gardens of Paradise." (Bukhari & Muslim). Access is controlled and requires an official appointment through the Nusuk app.
Downloading the Nusuk App
The Nusuk platform is the official Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah digital gateway. Download it from:
- iOS: Apple App Store — search "Nusuk"

Creating Your Nusuk Account
- Open the Nusuk app and select your preferred language
- Click "Register" and choose "Visitor from outside Saudi Arabia"

Booking the Rawdah Appointment (Step by Step)
- Log into your Nusuk account
- From the home screen, select "Services"
- Tap "Prophet's Mosque" services

- Select the number of visitors (each person needs their own permit)
